Refund policy
In the unfortunate event that there is a problem with your order, or any unexpected issues on the fault of Humble Bundle Melbourne, we will aim to come to an agreed solution for re-delivering your order; otherwise a full refund will be provided.
In the case of incorrect delivery information provided, we will not be held responsible if the order is not fulfilled. So please ensure your delivery address details are correct.
If you change your mind or wish to cancel the order please contact us 48hrs prior to the delivery date or early as possible. No refund will be issued in these circumstances however we'll be more than happy to provide you with a store credit.
