When is Our Order Deadline?
We are currently working based on pre-order only.
All flower orders placed up to 8pm are to be delivered on the next day or later. You can choose any future delivery date, Monday to Saturday - excluding Public Holiday.
All orders received with Public Holiday date as delivery date will be delivered the day after.
When do We Deliver?
All delivery to business addresses will be completed by 5pm, and residential by 6pm on the chosen delivery date. The only exception is for orders placed for delivery outside our operating days - which will be delivered on our next working day.
We operate from Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays and Christmas period. Any other break that we might take, will be announced through our social media (Instagram and Facebook).
An email confirming your delivery completion will be sent out as soon as we got our confirmation from the courier.
Where do We Deliver?
We deliver to businesses as well as residential addresses.

Delivery Information - COVID19
We are following a contactless delivery practice due to COVID. This means that where possible our courier will avoid direct contact with customers. For all residential deliveries our courier will to knock and safely leave the delivery bundle at the front door. Our courier will also send a text message where possible to sender. All workplace deliveries will be done with no required signature upon delivery.
We continue to assess the situation and will update our delivery policy where required. Please email us at email@example.com if you have any questions.
In case where the recipient is not available, we will carefully leave your flowers in a safe spot. Please provide as much information as possible whilst placing delivery to avoid this scenario.
Business Address: Please provide the name of the business and where flowers should be delivered to (Reception, Loading Dock or Concierge).
Hospital Address: Please provide the name of the hospital, the ward and bed number.
Delivering to Apartments
Where a concierge service is available
- flowers and bundles will be left with the concierge
Where there is no concierge available and recipient is not available:
- If accessible, flowers and bundle will be left at the front door of the apartment
- If it is NOT accessible, we will leave a message to recipient phone number (if provided - otherwise we will let sender know through text or email) and place the flowers at the front gate/entrance to the building.

Specific Delivery Time
Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery time. However, if you leave a note under "Special Instruction" when placing your order, we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Refunds & Returns
In the unfortunate event that there is a problem with your order, or any unexpected issues on the fault of Humble Bundle Melbourne, we will aim to come to an agreed solution for re-delivering your order; otherwise a full refund will be provided.
In the case of incorrect delivery information provided to, we will not be held responsible if the order is not fulfilled. However we will try to work a solution with the sender to get the best outcome.
